The de-stress calendar challenge


Inspired by The Stress Management Society initiative, we're challenging businesses and their teams to combat stress and join the de-stress calendar challenge.

Each day for one month, nurture a healthy habit in relation to your mental, physical, environmental, emotional and workplace wellbeing, and make a note of what you did on the calendar. At the end of the month, see what's changed in how you're feeling and reflect on the routine you've put in place in support of your general wellness.
